It is our great pleasure to introduce ourselves as UNIQUE FIRE INDUSTRY SDN BHD (formerly known as UBE INDUSTRY SDN BHD) and we were established in 1997.

In April, 2003 our company’s name was changed to UNIQUE FIRE INDUSTRY SDN BHD .

Our Managing Director who is also the founder of our company, Mr Liew Sen Hoi is an aggressive and vigorous business man with more than 30 years of experience actively involved as a Fire Contractor and previously handling many of the construction projects specializing in all aspects of installation of Fire Protection Equipments.

Mr Liew Sen Hoi, our Founder with 30 years of experience is not just a Fire Contractor. Today, he leads the company in moving ahead by providing the public with the most comprehensive and reliable Fire Protection Equipments to protect lives and properties and also to meet any and all specialized requirement.

Unique Fire was founded by our Managing Director, Mr Liew Sen Hoi which is situated in the Puchong Industrial Area. Our business address is No. 16, Jalan BK 1/12, Bandar Kinrara, Jalan Puchong , 47100 Selangor Darul Ehsan .

To date, our company is well known and recognized as one of the reputed company specialized in Trading and Servicing of Fire Protection Equipment in Malaysia.

We supply Fire Protection Equipments and the feedback obtained from our customer and end users is that they have utmost confidence in us. Their continuous support have contributed to our company’s growth and we are still growing steadily within the short period of time since its establishment in 1997.

Our company is also known as a vigorous player in the Malaysian Fire Industry in supplying Fire Protection Equipment to various large and medium sized projects in the construction industry, consisting of high rise buildings, infra structure for Government and Non-Government projects, all of which are mostly recommended by the Fire Contractors and Consultants.

Our company has been growing steadily and we now have a staff of 43 experienced, devoted and committed employees. They consist of a number of versatile employees who have more than 15 years of experience specialized in sales and marketing. We also have employees with technical skills and production workers who always strive to improve their skill levels in order to increase our technical services so that we can provide and assure our customers of fast and efficient delivery of our fire Protection Equipments.

Most of our products are imported, all raw or processed materials are procured directly from reputable suppliers having the strictest international quality standards.

Our standard range of products complies with the local authorities, namely the Fire and Rescue Department of Malaysia, (Bomba) rules and regulations and possessing Bomba’s Approval Certificates.

Authorised Distributor in Malaysia

We are committed in meeting our customers’ requirements by providing quality products which are in compliance with Bomba’s rules and regulations and duly approved by Bomba. We are also committed in providing excellent services to our customers.

As such, we have earned a distinct reputation as a result of our efforts and to complement our efficiency and commitment, we have been appointed by our suppliers as their authorized Distributor and Representative in Malaysia for a full range of Fire Protection Equipments.

Registered Trademark for “Yama” and “Commander” fire hose

UNIQUE FIRE INDUSTRY SDN BHD has been granted and registered as a Registered Proprietor / Owner of the Yama® and “ Commander® Trademark in Malaysia in respect of fire hoses in Class 17 under Trademark Act 1976 in Malaysia .

The Notice for the above trademark “ Yama" and "Commander" fire hose has been advertised respectively via Berita Harian on the 1/8/2005, New Straits Times on the 3/08/2005 and Sin Chew Jit Poh Daily on the 5/08/2005 .

SIRM CERTIFICATION FOR "UNIQUE " BRAND - 2KG CO2 PORTABLE FIRE EXTINGUISHER

Unique Fire has sucessfully obtained " SIRIM " Certificate for " UNIQUE " Brand 2kg CO2 ( Carbon Dioxide ) Portable Fire Extinguisher ( Stored Pressure type ) which is design and manufactured in accordance to MS 1539 : Part 1: 2002 .

Besides the " SIRIM" Product Certification for " UNIQUE " Brand 2kg CO2 Portable Fire Extinguisher , we have also obtained the Bomba Approval Certificate for the same product 2kg CO2 Portable Fire Extinguisher .

Advertising Program

To continue with the growth of our products, which are developed to cope with the ever increasing demands for the high standard of products in the market by our customers, we have taken the initiative to research and participate in an advertising program for our company’s supply of Fire Protection Equipments. This is done with the view to enhance and publicise our company’s activities and products.

Our advertising program is targeted to obtaining a direct result and huge response to our company’s range of products and equipments.

Our advertising programs are mainly featured in the major local media publications such as The Star Publication, Berita Harian, Nanyang Press, Sin Chew Daily, Malaysian Buying Guide Directory, Telekom Directory and M & E Trade Building Services Directory etc.

We have also participated in locally organized exhibitions which will bring to the public’s awareness our range of products and equipments for fire fighting. The exhibitions that we have participated in are Firec 2004 Expo and Forum, MIECC Kuala Lumpur , the exhibition organized by AMB Exhibitions Sdn Bhd and IFE Conference and Exhibitions 2004 , an exhibition jointly organized by The Institution of Fire Engineers (UK) Malaysia Branch , Malaysia Fire Protection Association (MFPA) and the Fire and Rescue Department of Malaysia ( Bomba).
